MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill lacrosse team jumped two spots in the recent United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Poll, executive director John Spring announced today. The Lions are now ranked No. 8 in the nation in the Week Six Poll.
Mars Hill defeated St. Leo 12-11 in overtime and Rollins 14-7 during the previous week to move to 8-2 overall and 4-0 in the Deep South Conference. The Lions will travel to Wingate on Saturday. The game will start at 2 p.m.
