CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Lions' women's soccer team lost to Pfeiffer University in the first round of the Queens University Soccer Tournament, 2-0. The Lions are now 1-1-2 on the season. The Lions meet the host institution at 3 p.m. on Sunday.
Both of Pfeiffer's goals came from Kirsten Bartsch. She tallied a goal per half to lead the Falcons to victory.
