 GAFFNEY, S.C. - The Mars Hill volleyball team lost to Lander, 3-1, but defeated Limestone, 3-0, on the last day of the Limestone Tournament on Saturday. The Lions went 2-1 over the two day tournament.
Mars Hill lost to Lander by scores of 22-25, 25-18, 28-26 and 25-19. Mars Hill defeated Limestone in straight sets by scores of 25-16, 25-11 and 25-19. The Lions are now 5-2.
Mars Hill will face Queens on Wednesday in Charlotte, N.C. The match will begin at 6:30 p.m.
