These directions are written as if you are traveling to these institutions from Mars Hill College. If this doesn't help try visiting MapQuest.com.

Carson-Newman

Take Highway 213 North to Marshall, NC.
In Marshall take U.S. Highway 25 North to Hot Springs, NC and then to Newport, TN.


In Newport, take I-40 West towards Knoxville, TN.
Take exit 417.


At the top of the exit ramp turn right onto Highway 92. Follow highway 92 about five miles to Jefferson City, TN. Off of Highway 92 take highway 11W to Russell Avenue which will take you to the campus of Carson-Newman. Take Russell Avenue to East King Street. East King Street runs past Holt Fieldhouse.
The trip is about 1 1/2 hours.

Catawba College

Take U.S. 19/23 South to Asheville. In Asheville take I-240 East to I-40 East.

Take I-40 East to Statesville, NC.

In Statesville get on I-77 South towards Charlotte, NC. Travel about two miles and take Exit 49-A, Highway U.S. 70 East to Salisbury, NC. U.S. 70 runs about 25 miles to Salisbury from Statesville. Once in the City Limits of Salisbury U.S. 70 becomes Statesville Boulevard.

Once you come into Salisbury, look for McDonalds on the right. At McDonalds you will be at the intersection of Jake Alexander Boulevard and Statesville Boulevard. Cross Jake Alexander and continue on Statesville Boulevard for about two or three miles. Look for the Brian Center Nursing Home on the right. Past the Brian Center take your second left on Yost Street.

Follow Yost Street until you see the Football Stadium directly in front of you at the stop sign. Yost Street is about three city blocks. The trip is about 2 hours from Asheville.

Lenoir-Rhyne

Take U.S. 19/23 South to Asheville. In Asheville take I-240 East to I-40 East.

Take Exit 125 off of I-40 in Hickory, NC.

At the top of the exit ramp turn left on Lenoir-Rhyne Boulevard. After travelling about three miles the four lane road turns to two lanes. After travelling under an under pass turn left at the Lenoir-Rhyne College sign. You are now on 7th Avenue. At the first light stay straight through to Stasavich Place. Turn right on Stasavich Place. This road runs by Shuford Gymnasium, the football stadium and the main athletic parking lot. The trip is about 1 1/2 hours.

Newberry

Take U.S. 19/23 South to Asheville. In Asheville take I-240 West to I-26 East.

Take Exit 72 off of I-26 in Newberry, SC. Take a right at the top of the exit on Highway 121 (College Street).

Travel 3 1/2 miles on College Street to the campus. Past a cemetery on the left will be the football stadium and baseball field. The gymnasium is past these facilities on the left. The trip is about 2 1/2 hours.

Presbyterian

Take U.S. 19/23 South to Asheville. In Asheville take I-240 West to I-26 East. Take Exit 52 off of I-26. At the top of the exit ramp, turn right. Stay straight for 3 miles to McDonalds. Go straight past McDonalds to the second light and turn left on Maple Street.
Maple Street will take you directly to the Athletic Facilities. To get to the Gym and football field turn left in front of the soccer stadium. The trip is about 1 hour 45 minutes.

Tusculum

Take U.S. Highway 23 north towards Johnson City, TN.
Take exit 18 towards Jonesboro, TN and Greeneville, TN.
Turn left onto Highway 107.

After about 20 miles, turn left onto Tusculum Blvd.
After a few miles turn left into campus.
The trip is no more than 1 1/2 hours.

Wingate

Take I-26 South to Asheville. In Asheville take I-240 West to I-26 East. Take exit 36 off of I-26 to U.S. Highway 74 East towards Shelby, NC.

Travel through Shelby to Kings Mountain, NC on U.S. Highway 74 East to I-85 North to Charlotte, NC.
In Charlotte take the Brookshire Freeway off of I-85 to Independence Boulevard. On Independence Boulevard you come back on to U.S. Highway 74 East.

Stay on U.S. Highway 74 East through Matthews, NC and Monroe, NC. 7 miles past Monroe you will travel into Wingate, NC.
About two miles past Burger King on your right, the main entrance to campus is on the left.

After entering campus make a right at the first stop sign and then take the first left into the gymnasium parking lot. The Gym, tennis courts and baseball field are at this area.
The trip is about 3 1/2 hours.
