Waters Competes in Nationals
SAN ANGELO, Texas – Mars Hill College sophomore Frankie Waters (Brevard, N.C.) capped off his season on Friday night with another huge personal best. Competing in the semi-final heats at the NCAA Division II National Championships, Waters flew to a time 14.41 seconds. This time placed him fifth in his heat and ninth overall. Waters Qualifies for Nationals
MARS HILL, N.C. – Mars Hill College sophomore Frankie Waters (Brevard, N.C.) has qualified for the NCAA Division II National Track and Field Championships to be held May 21-23, at Angelo State University. Waters qualified for the meet when he ran a time of 14.54 seconds in the 110 meter high hurdles on May 5 at the University of Tennessee.
